Beautiful Albuquerque is a large city located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, United States. This scenic city, home of the famous Rio Grande, offers amazing views of the Sandia and Manzano Mountains. There are numerous institutes of higher education throughout the city. A few options include the University of New Mexico, National American University, Trinity Southwest University and Central New Mexico Community College. High, middle and elementary school students are a part of the Albuquerque Public Schools. This district is one of the largest in the nation serving over 87,000 students.

Albuquerque is an exciting city within year round events and festivals. The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta takes place each October and is the largest hot air balloon event in the world. Other popular annual events include the New Mexico State Fair, Words of Fire, Revolutions Festival and the Gathering of Nations Pow-Wow. If you’re looking for outdoor recreation the beautiful Sandia Mountains offers rock climbing for every level climber.
