For the last week activity has picked up considerably for my listings! I have properties for Sale on the East , West , South and North parts of town and people are out looking! Mothers Day was very busy! This is a good sign that the Market is improving! It is raining today and it is wonderful! We needed the moisture! Hopefully this will clear the air and bring the Buyers out into the market ! Please tell me what you think and how you are doing!
