I have been in contact with Several Albuquerque Title Companies asking them how their orders have been for up coming closings. They report that early May was busy ,and it has now slowed down since mid May? Gas prices are affecting consumers and how they decide to make big purchase's ! They told me that Buyers are making very low offers and are not willing to negotiate? This information comes from reports from several different agents and companies that they service. The good news is that Sellers are holding steady to their list price and are not giving in to bottom fishing by "Buyers". Our value and equitable market is holding !
